Product Description

One look at this clasp and you can see why collectors call this an "elephant clasp." (See second photo below.) It has eyes and a trunk. Only Llewellyn made bags with the elephant clasp.

This bag is signed on the hinge. It measures a cool 8-1/2" across the top and tapers down to 4-1/2" wide at the bottom. It is 6" high measuring to the top at the side and is approximately 5" deep at the top.

Near Mint Condition. The lid has an extremely faint hint of yellowing and I'm being very picky here. It may just be because the lid is not as marbled like the rest of the bag, (which is just the way it was made. It is not cloudy.)

There are no cracks, chips, clouding, or odors. The hardware looks great and the cute elephant clasp works perfectly.
