Swinging Box Purse by Dorset Rex

Gals in the 50's used to swing these flirty bags as they walked, in giggling groups, past the boys on the corner. Made by Dorset Rex (tag inside), this bag measures a nice 9" wide x 3-1/2" tall (without handle) x 3-3/4" deep. Made of vinyl, brass, and thick hard plastic (very much like lucite.)
Excellent condition. No cracks or discoloration in the plastic lid or handle. There are some very small edge nicks along one side of the lid, but this is unseen with the bag closed and is of no real consequence. The lining is totally intact. There are no odors or tears. Other than expected minor scratches, some light spots on the lining inside, and some very light rubbing wear on the clasp, this bag is in superior shape with no breaks, discoloration, rust, dirt, or other problems.
The color in the very top, right side photo is the most accurate with the others looking just slightly lighter. Goes with just about anything!
