JR Florida box bags with their swinging lucite handles were all the range in the early 70's. Some of the embroidered bags have survived in the best of condition. This bag is a rich brown with floral accents. Measuring 8" wide x 4-1/2" high (without handle) x 4" deep. Easily holds cell phone, wallet, makeup, tissues, and much more.
Excellent condition with some signs of use, mostly inside. Ligh scratching on the gold bands and some finish loss on the edge of the clasp as seen in close up photo (taken with flash to overexpose.) All the metal is still remarkably shiny, however. No damage, dirt, or stains to any of the embroidery. The lining has pen marks and light soiling, somewhat more than showing up in photo.
Imperfection can mean opportunity. Who sees the inside anyway?
