Sonie Ames is famous for her floral designs painted on porcelain. Some of her designs were converted to prints to be used for decoupage. This box purse, using one of her daffodil prints and signed on the front, is a perfect example. Measures 7" wide x 6" high (without handle) x 4-3/4" deep.
Still a compelling piece, this bag have some light marks and a few nicks. The most noticeable wear is pictured in the close-up photo. A lovely, slightly worn piece to use without fear, instead of showcasing on a shelf (where it will only get lonely.)
