LaRose Classic Black Patent Shoes

Joseph LaRose designed and sold ladies shoes in Jacksonville, Florida from 1949 to 1999. His designs were manufactured by several companies throughout the world, but only sold in his store. He custom designed shoes for Marilyn Monroe and Joan Crawford (a somewhat difficult customer.) His shoes were also worn by Betty Grable, Jayne Mansfied, Carol Channing, and Jackie Kennedy to name a few.
Although many of his shoes were bright and funky, he also designed many classic styles. These shoes are a perfect example, classic black patent leather with a simple gold button. This shoes were manufacturered by Andrew Geller for La Rose, therefore each shoe has a different name on the insole. They are size 5-1/2 M and the heels are 2-1/4".
Near Mint Condition. Marvellously shiny and pefect on the outside. No scratches, no scuffs, no marks whatsoever. Never worn so not even a hint of a scuff on the soles. There is just a hint of a spot of two on the inside. The linings are intact and undamaged. These look exactly like Jackie would have worn.
Spots are only camera glare; the patent is perfect.
