It's an old-time Jubilee with this basket full of flowers. Floral Jubilee by Collins of Texas was made in the 70s, but with a bit of nostalgia for even earlier, breezy, carefree days. This bag measures 9-1/2 tall on the sides x 9-3/4" wide x 4-1/2" deep.
Excellent condition with scrapes on the handles. The most noticeable is pictured above in the close up photo. There are no missing jewels. No discoloration or rubbing wear on any of the decorations. No spotting, stains, or marks on the canvas. The inside is clean. The zipper works and look great.
Extra nice is the handle is adjustable. It can be snapped short (double strapped) or long (single strap.)
And even small imperfections can mean opportunity. This bag is being offered at a great sale price.
