Probably from the early 60's, this looks like the pretty powder blue color used for a baby boy's layette . Leather-like vinyl with a black cloth lining and one zipper pocket inside. Measures 13" wide at the bottom x 8-1/2" high (without handle) x 4-1/2" deep at the bottom.
Near mint condition. No wear, stains, dirt, or scrapes on the exterior. No wear, dirt, or worn stitching on the handle. A hint of dust on the lining. Tiniest scratches on the clasp, still shiny and stays securely closed. No odors. Practically perfect.
