Golden Rhinestone Adorned Beaded Bag - Hobe?

This Jolles Original signed bag is trimmed with 64 perfect sparkling gold rhinestones, the crowning glory atop a carnival glass beaded body. Probably from the 30's or 40's, this is a high-quality, heavily-beaded bag, weighing in at just under one pound. Some of the Jolles evening bags used the famous Hobe rhinestones for decorations, but we are unsure of how to identify them so can't be positive.
Although the photos don't really show it, the frame sets at an angle, giving the front of the frame a slant that really shows off the rhinestones to their best advantage. Measures 9" wide at the widest x 6" high not counting handles. Double handles (also beaded) have a drop of 4" to top of frame.
The light bounces and reflects off these beads, making them sparkle and shimmer like crazy. They are jet black, not navy.
Near Mint Condition. Only the teeniest of scratches on the gold metal frame. No missing beads or rhinestones. No dull stones. No wear on the handles or the lining. Practically perfect and perfectly marvelleous!
Like many shiny bags, hard to photograph. You'll find it more spectacular in person.
